🏡 On Level 1, the layout is fully customized with an internal courtyard, lift, golf room and multiple specialized spaces. Each area required different floor finishes and finished floor levels, so Hillhouse Engineering Ltd developed detailed slab steps and level-change drawings to help the site team build accurately and efficiently.
🏡 For Level 2, to keep the space open and avoid internal load-bearing walls, we used a combined rafter + truss roof system. With just one steel beam, we achieved a clean multi-level roof profile while balancing architectural intent, structural performance and construction cost.
